Job Description
We are currently looking for a Supervisor / Team Leader on a full time Permanent basis.
You’ll manage production, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
The Role:
Aa a Supervisor / Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination of workshop production, manufacturing operations and warehouse activities. The position combines operational oversight, stock control, quality control and team coordination to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational deadlines are achieved safely and efficiently.
The role acts as a key link between operations, warehouse logistics, and management, supporting workflow planning, material control and health & safety compliance across the site.
