Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB Responsible for the day to day operation inside the warehouse environment.
Oversees a specific functional area within the warehouse.
Leads, motivates, coaches and mentors our staff to achieve best in industry standards of excellence and performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, performance managing employees, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions, recommending compensation actions and adhering to policies and procedures.
