Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse operations to support production and distribution requirements
- Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff, including 3PL personnel
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all inbound and outbound transactions
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system reconciliation (e.g., SAP)
- Monitor stock levels, shelf life, and apply FIFO/FEFO practices
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations
