Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Dubbo Centre, you will join a close-knit team where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operations while leading from the front.

You'll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running safely and efficiently, supporting your team, coordinating logistics, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, coach and support a small warehouse team to achieve safe and efficient outcomes.

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including picking, loading, dispatch and logistics coordination.
