**Job Description:**
**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Insure proper raw materials are staged in a timely manner for production.
+ Post material movements, shipments in SAP.
+ Coordinate shipments to outside warehouses.
+ Proactively communicate with all team members, including management, on shipping issues and stock transfers.
+ Work with customer service and Sale Management Team to coordinate and implement processes to ensure customer requirements are met.
+ Assist Management with visiting/walking through warehouse(s) to ensure boxes are labeled per customer requirements while also physically checking inventory.
+ Produce and ensure label templates are setup per customer requirements.
+ Verify, inspect and document the receipt of all raw materials, finished goods, and other goods.
+ Provided there is access to one of the three scales on site.
+ Weigh incoming railcars and hopp...
