Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise department activities and assist personnel in both warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and ISO standards during warehouse operations.
- Correct and timely issuance, receipts, PLTs, and other miscellaneous transactions.
- Daily monitoring of SO approved and updates (current and back orders)
- Creation of JO issuance picklist & reclassification and adjustments of RMs (if necessary)
- Approve transactions in INFOR system and ensure properly closed
- Coordination with concerned departments like Incoming materials, stock transfer, SLE, Expired items, etc.
- Identifies and implementing process improvements for efficiency
Required Skills/Competencies
- At least five (3-5) years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor
- Experience with stock control, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting.
