Job Description

This opportunity is for a 1st Shift Supervisor role within our Direct to Consumer (D2C) warehouse operation located in Arlington, TN.

This leadership role will oversee approximately 30 direct reports, including 2 Warehouse Leads, and will be responsible for driving daily operational performance, employee engagement, productivity, and overall shift execution within a fast-paced D2C environment.

Supervise the team responsible for ensuring customer product order requirements are consistently met while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
