Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock movements
- Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Assist in forecasting stock levels and preventing shortages
- Use inventory management software and Excel for tracking
Qualifications
- Physically fit
- High school graduate, college level, or degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
