Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned associates in the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of customer product in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives. The Warehouse Lead for Café Valley will work with Warehouse Manager to determine needs for the department and resolve discrepancies/issues. The Warehouse Lead will also manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor as necessary.
The ideal candidate must have the skills listed below:
1. Strong computer skills
2. Inventory background
3. Root Cause Analysis
4. Cycle Counting Experience
5. Strong communication skills
6. Project implementation experience
The Warehouse Supervisor position is for 3rd shift. This will be a continental schedule 3-2-2.
