Job Description
IKEA Warrington, WA5 7TY, are looking to welcome a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our fulfilment team.
Help keep our warehouse buzzing. You’ll set the pace for the day, brief the team with clarity and confidence, and work alongside our Team Leaders to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll track progress, jump in on the floor when it counts, and lead with positivity and purpose. Whether you’re on a forklift or a pump truck, you’ll move goods safely and help build a space where everyone feels valued, supported and ready to do their best — the IKEA way.
WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: 27th July 2026, can be discussed at interview.
• Starting salary off £27,540 per annum, based on competence and experience. Additional nightshift of £2.25ph between the hours of 10pm & 6am.
• 39 hours working 5 nights per week including weekends.
• Working hours are between 10pm to 9am, approx.. 8 hours daily.
