Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead inbound/Outbound and warehouse management to achieve high effectiveness and efficiency in overall logistics operations (Finished Goods and Semi‑Finished Goods).
- Collaborate and manage third‑party logistics service provider.
- Responsible for raw material receiving and storage.
- Set up and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI), aligned with NXP global logistics operation strategy.
- Drive continuous improvements on cost, productivity, and efficiency performance.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize storage utilization, establish proper cycle count process and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Control and measure logistics operational cost, improving the cost per PQ target and cost saving/improvement initiatives.
- Oversee logistics operation team to comply with all requirements in terms of procedures and processes.
