Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Lead the GSC facilities maintenance team, coordinating priorities, execution follow‑up, and support activities required to sustain safe and reliable operation.
• Monitor WMS transactions, inventory movements, and material flow signals to identify operational gaps and performance risks.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to inventory status, task throughput, location control, and warehouse execution.
• Respond to alerts, exceptions, and abnormal execution conditions that may impact inventory integrity or material availability.
• Escalate issues promptly and coordinate resolution with warehouse operations, material flow teams, system support, and floor personnel.
• Support troubleshooting of WMS process failures, transaction issues, scan errors, blocked destinations, and handoff exceptions.
