This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated operations leader with proven experience in people management, leading teams of up to 40 employees, and a strong capability for developing systems and improving operational processes. The successful candidate will take ownership of warehouse and logistics operations, driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement and service excellence while leading and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
