Position Overview
The Gogo Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager is a hands‑on role that drives daily logistics execution, carrier relations, and cost-control initiatives. While focused on personal execution, you will provide backup team leadership as operational needs require.
You will manage global customs compliance and cross-border operations across multiple countries, navigate regulatory challenges, oversee tariff classifications, and ensure cost‑efficient results across all warehouse workflows, processes, and systems.
How will you make a difference?
- Plan, schedule, and track domestic and international shipments, including LTL, FTL, Airfreight, Rail, and oversized cargo from different departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders to manage all freight accounts
- Support international customers with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shipments back to Gogo
