Lutron has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Lead – Night Shift (10 PM - 6 AM) in our facility in Cartago. Join a world leading, growing and innovative company right here in Costa Rica.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and leading daily warehouse operations during the assigned shift, ensuring efficient material flow from receiving to timely supply to production lines. This role is key to maintaining operational continuity, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations during the assigned shift.

Ensure proper execution of receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch processes.

Guarantee timely material supply to production.
