Role Overview Ei Electronics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability & Supply Chain, the successful candidate will lead a small warehouse team within our newly constructed, purpose-built Logistics Hub at our Shannon facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where the successful applicant will be expected to lead by example, ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate operation of all warehouse activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Over the past five years, Ei Electronics has made significant investments in warehouse and inventory management systems. As part of the next phase of our logistics development, we are introducing enhanced warehouse processes including goods-in scanning, lot-code traceability, and scan-based picking systems.
