Job Duties:
- Receiving, loading, and unloading fresh fruit for the drying process.
- Operating and monitoring drying equipment to ensure fruit is dried to quality standards.
- Inspecting fruit for quality and removing damaged product
- Maintaining the work area clean.
- Cleaning and sanitizing dryer equipment.
- Operate forklifts to load and unload the fruit.
