Job Description
The Warehouse Coordinator receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse.
This position is responsible for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse. ( This is meant to be a guide.
Duties may vary dependent upon management.) Essential Position Functions:
- Receive incoming shipments and compare items with invoices and work orders.
- Review shipping orders to determine where items need to be stored, distributed and/or shipped.
- Assemble orders from stock and place orders on pallets/shelves, or relocate orders to a holding/shipping area.
- Verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance.
- Move equipment/materials to designated areas, including preparing parcels for mailing/shipping.
