Full-time Management & Operations

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments from courier companies
• Pick up shipments from Airport/Sea port
• Handover shipments to customer
• Packing and dispatch of spare parts
• Organize the warehouse and maintain the storage area as well as replenish work supplies
• Administrative and organisational duties (e.g., cycle count, aging analyses, etc.)
• Close cooperation with spare parts, service and logistics departments and print delivery notes
• Updating the ERP system with incoming and outgoing merchandise

Competencies

• Completed technical and/or logistics apprenticeship
• Experience in a comparable occupation
• Driving and Forklift license is mandatory
• Good communication skills
• English fluent in both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in reporting by email
