Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transfer raw product from the warehouse to the plant and finished goods to the vendors. Investigate and correct inventory errors and notify supervisors of any discrepancies.
Log receipts into the product report by verifying amounts, product code dates and product numbers entering data into the computer system
Process bills of lading by ensuring product is available in the inventory; prepare bills of lading for customer shipments; investigate and correct any inventory errors and prepare handbills for outbound shipments.
Assists customers at the will-call window by receiving product and/or packages; notify recipient(s) of package(s) received; direct drivers to appropriate locations for product pick-up or delivery. Receive and initiate phone calls to set appointments for deliveries.
Performs other duties as directed by any member of management.
