**Job Description**
This role focuses on mechanical assembly, manual packaging, and shipping preparation in a busy warehouse and production environment. You will use hand and power tools to assemble products, securely package finished goods, and occasionally operate a reach truck to move pallets, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical assembly of polymer insulators using hand and power tools, tightening nuts and bolts to meet quality specifications.
+ Prepare assembled units for shipment by verifying they are structurally sound and ready for packaging.
+ Securely pack finished products into shipping boxes in accordance with company packaging guidelines.
