Job Description
Warehouse Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for the daily Warehouse activities and will be back up for the Warehouse Supervisor & Warehouse Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspection, and recording of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring accurate documentation and lots control.
- Manage the timely transfer of raw materials to the production floor and the intake of Work in Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG).
- Coordinate the storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods to customers, aiming for 100% accuracy in order fulfilment.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and root cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) for raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste.
- Apply all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations, including safe forklift operation and PPE usage. ...
