Job Description
Location: Maple Tree Warehouse, No. 3 Street, VSIP 2, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong (No shuttle bus service)
Daily operation:
Monitor all daily warehouse operational activities, including inbound, outbound, and returns processes, to ensure smooth workflow, system accuracy, and compliance with SLA and customer delivery commitments
Instruct, guide, and provide on-the-job training for warehouse staff to ensure strict compliance with SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and productivity targets
Interact with customers to understand their business requirements, order profiles, peak volumes, cut-off times, and special handling specifications
Provide customer support in escalated operational situations, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues quickly, and manage overall daily workflow to maintain service level performance
