Job Description

We are hiring: Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant, as part of the Materials Management Department team, is responsible for all material receipts, their storage in appropriate areas, their transfer and distribution to all production departments, as well as the transfer and loading of the final products produced by our company for shipment to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unloads and loads goods from trucks using lifting equipment

  • Carefully checks the documents for receipts from our suppliers and for final products to be shipped to our customers

  • Enters documents into the accounting software

  • Organizes materials in the warehouses & is responsible for their cleanliness

  • Transfers & distributes materials to the production departments and records these quantities in the accounting software

  • Conducts regular physical inventories of all materials
