Job Description
1. Receiving and Inspection
- Receive incoming goods and verify against delivery orders/invoices
- Inspect items for damage, expiry, or discrepancies
- Report any shortages or issues to the supervisor
2. Storage and Organization
- Store items in designated locations following proper labeling and FIFO/FEFO methods
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
- Ensure proper handling to prevent damage or contamination
3. Inventory Management
- Assist in stock counting and periodic inventory audits
- Update stock records in inventory systems or manual logs
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock or overstock situations
4. Picking and Packing
- Pick items accurately based on requisitions or orders
- Pack goods securely for delivery or dispatch
