Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, check and store incoming goods.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
- Conduct stock counting and inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of frozen and chilled products.
- Assist in cleaning, inspection and basic maintenance of company ice cream freezers.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Occasionally assist in delivery, collection, installation or relocation of ice cream freezers and equipment.
- Provide support to delivery operations when required, including accompanying drivers to customer sites and assisting with heavy or bulky items.
- Provide backup support for delivery duties during manpower shortages, annual leave or medical leave, where required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
