Job Summary
The Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistics Manager oversees end-to-end order fulfillment operations, including customer service, warehouse management, and logistics coordination. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely deliveries, high customer satisfaction, and smooth cross-functional operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Management
Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure high service standards
Oversee order processing, returns, complaints, and after-sales support
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Monitor service performance metrics (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction)
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
