The Supply Chain Department Admin Assistant will assist leadership with administrative tasks, assignments, and other projects supporting the operation. This position will require an energetic and customer service-oriented individual to provide the best service when dealing with individuals at all levels of the pyramid.
A day in the life…
+ Support leadership with administrative tasks and other projects (e.g. shift start-up and closing tasks, draft memos, file documentation, ensure sufficient office/break room supplies for the assigned area, assist with equipment and supply tracking and distribution, etc.).
+ Use multiple computer applications and programs to capture, report and share out departmental data and results to ensure proper reflection of departmental performance.
+ Collect PEP sheets and do a first pass review for errors, then submit them to their managers.
+ Responsible for submission and resolution of PO Workspace (POW) for trou...
