Job Description

Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain

  • Monday to Thursday 5.00am-1.30pm

  • Friday 5.00am-11.00am

  • $43.64 per hour including casual loading

  • Willawong Location location

  • Commencing ASAP

    • The Warehouse Administration Officer (Inbound), will be responsible for the daily transport of inward goods of a large warehousing business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a previous role, be flexible with hours and demonstrate a firm understanding of receipting inward good and data entry.


    General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking booking/timeslot for Inbound deliveries

  • Data Entry into our SDSR

  • Learning our Systems i.e. JDE and Manhattan (SCALE)

  • Checking Invoices against supplied and receipted lines

  • Raising Supplier claims on Shortages, Damaged Goods in Transit, Short Dating, Over Supplied, etc.
