Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to raise Purchase Order & follow up on inbound process for PO raised
- Manage the flow from Sales Order to Delivery Order
- Coordination with supplier ensuring warranty cliems for parts/ credit are fulfilled
- Processing shipment list for picking
- other ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned
- At least a Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
