We are looking for a responsible, compassionate and disciplined Male Hostel Warden to join our CBSE Senior Secondary School. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being and all-round development of the boarders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and look after the day-to-day activities and discipline of hostel students Ensure safety, security and well-being of all boarders. Create a positive, homely and conducive environment for students. Guide and mentor students in their personal and academic development. Coordinate with parents, teachers and school authorities. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of hostel premises Handle emergencies and report any issues promptly. ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate will be preferred. Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is essential.
