As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you’ll stay awake and alert throughout the night, ensuring our residents receive the care and reassurance they need.
🌙 What You’ll Be Doing
Provide personal care and overnight support
Carry out regular safety and wellbeing checks
Respond promptly to requests for assistance
Keep accurate records and handover notes for day staff
Maintain a calm, homely environment while respecting privacy and dignity

Previous care experience (Full training provided)
