About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur within the Culinary Department, the Waiter/ress is responsible for greeting and serving our guests, providing detailed information on menus, and multi‑tasking various front‑of‑the‑house duties in a fast‑paced environment. The Waiter/ress reports to the Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Help to ensure the hotel’s high standards.
- Make menu suggestions to guests.
- Attend all training sessions, courses, briefings and meetings as required.
- Make a significant and continuous effort to increase your professional knowledge to achieve the goals and objectives of the hotel and department.
