Job Description
Responsibilities
- Willing to work at Kuwait.
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist in preparing the dining area before and after service.
- Handle cash and card transactions securely.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- Experience Level: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent communication, waitering skills, customer-oriented attitude
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, standing for long hours
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, team player, able to handle pressure
