Job Description
- Reports directly to the Restaurant Supervisor and the Restaurant Manager
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials and ongoing promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are served correctly and promptly, adhering to the restaurant's standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests during the dining experience.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring the accuracy of all charges.
