Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers, take their orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks.
• Ensure tables are clean and set properly for the next guests.
• Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally.
• Process payments using POS systems accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
