The Waiter is responsible for delivering attentive, professional, and efficient table service to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience. As a core front‑of‑house role, the Waiter represents the brand on the floor and supports smooth service flow through strong product knowledge, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Welcome guests and provide attentive table service throughout the dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and timing

Guest Engagement

• Guide guests through menus and provide recommendations
