Job Description

• Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Greet and seat customers.
• Present menus and suggest food/drinks.
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
• Operate and maintain digital systems, including point-of-sale (POS) terminals, ordering tablets, or mobile payment systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with devices, ensuring they remain operational.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service or a related field (e.g., waitstaff, barista) is a plus.
• Familiarity with restaurant technology systems (POS, tablets, apps) is preferred.
