We are seeking a dedicated and efficient WaiterServer to join our team at a busy restaurant in El-Ain catering to both local and international customers. As a WaiterServer you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in choosing menu items
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the system
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Upsell menu items to increase revenue
