Responsibilities:

  • Continuous improving and realizing activity for stable operation of existing Epitaxy & Wafer process production line.
  • Making effective preventative maintenance (PM) plan and execution to stabilize and maximize the mass-production capability (Address to sudden tool troubles and malfunction).
  • Wafer process condition check by collaborating with epitaxy & process engineering teams to resume the production line after fixing the tools.
  • KPI visualization activity of manufacturing tool data like utilization rate, tool availability etc.
  • Anomaly detection both from predictive and post analysis from tool operation status database.

    • Expected Background:

  • Graduate technical college or above.
  • BSc, MSc degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or a relevant equivalent technical field.
