ο»ΏSAIC is seeking a secret cleared **Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technician** in Colorado Springs to support the NORAD NITES program. The VTC Technician will be responsible for the operation, and maintenance of Unclassified/Classified/REL VTC systems, Audio/Video (A/V) systems, VTC conference rooms, satellite television/broadcast systems, and related services at the N&NC HQ.
The VTC Technician will also schedule conference rooms and be in support of the government. The role includes providing responsive support for the top leadership, managing high-priority incidents, and ensuring the highest level of service quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct monthly preventative maintenance for all relevant AV/VTC systems. Ensure issues are reported through Help Desk ticketing system with corrective action plans and timelines.
+ Provide 24/7 troubleshooting support for exercises, real-world events, and contingencies.
