JOB DESCRIPTION

New business development and client management

  • Leverage existing client partnerships and net-new relationships to generate engagements, applying insights, subject matter expertise, and consultative tact to foster client trust.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, build relationships with counterparts across the Robert Half enterprise that directly result in lead generation, attend marketing events and leverage the targeted use of electronic marketing and research tools.
  • Drive the expansion of Robert Half’s managed solutions offering, capturing market share.
  • Develop content and lead presentations for new business with new and existing clients.
  • Generate trust as a subject matter expert in managed solutions modeling, with knowledge of different methodologies. Scale and customize MTS/ MBS offerings to meet client needs.
