The primary role of Neuberger’s Product Group is to serve as an objective champion of new product ideas and product actions, facilitating analysis and activity from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with market demand, trends, and strategic business objectives for our institutional, intermediary, and high-net-worth distribution channels. Team members are responsible for all functions related to creating and maintaining a healthy product line across our equity, fixed income, alternative, and multi-asset class investment businesses, with the goal of ensuring that products are successfully researched, designed, priced, positioned, launched, and supported to maximize commercial viability and impact.

Team members must possess in-depth knowledge of the competitive environment, have an informed view of industry trends and be capable of originating and analyzing new product ideas to provide informed opinions regarding the market opportunity for each. In developing analyse...
