Job Description
Frontier is seeking a VP of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership, merging strong FP&A leadership with deep technical accounting and SEC reporting expertise as the company scales toward a public structure.
Responsibilities include owning SEC reporting readiness, SOX 404(a/b), budgeting, forecasting, and investor materials, while partnering with the Controller and senior leadership to strengthen financial controls and capital planning.
