Align engagement initiatives with business objectives and marketing strategy. Oversee daily customer engagement operations, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM and engagement technologies. Ensure CRM effectiveness across the full sales funnel and customer lifecycle. Manage customer registration, activation, retention, reactivation, and acquisition strategies. Design and deliver targeted, personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, etc.).
