This role sets engineering direction for MakePay's payment platform, technical architecture, hiring, delivery quality, and reliability. You will balance hands‑on technical judgment with leadership across a growing engineering organization.

• Create a technical roadmap that supports product growth, reliability, and regional hiring.
• Improve engineering execution across frontend, backend, Web3, plugins, and DevOps.
• Build the habits, standards, and architecture needed for merchant‑grade payment software.
