Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of affordable housing compliance operations across the Western region
- Develop and execute regional compliance strategies in alignment with organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, USDA Rural Development, HOME, and local housing programs
- Oversee compliance reporting, audits, agency responses, and risk mitigation efforts
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardize policies and procedures
- Serve as the executive point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and senior leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional compliance teams
- Identify systemic compliance risks and develop long-term solutions to reduce exposure
