Description Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting and reporting for employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, deferred compensation, and equity-based awards Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses related to compensation expenses Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with a focus on payroll and compensation accruals Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of compensation data Manage accounting for share-base...
