Job Description
As the VP, Business Development β Advisor Channel, you will play a key role in driving capital raising and business development efforts, helping to expand the reach of our investment funds and products. Reporting to the Managing Director, Capital Markets, your focus will be on building and growing relationships within the financial advisory community to generate new investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to obtain buyβin for the firmβs investment products from the financial advisory community (IIROC, MFDA, EMD and Discretionary PM firms)
- Assist with the investment product approval process at various financial advisory firms including developing and implementing strategies and obtaining buyβin and commitments from advisors
- Ensure capital raise goals and targets are met or exceeded while maintaining budgets
