Job Responsibilities:
Lead the overall strategy and daily operations for employee benefit programs including health welfare leave and wellness offerings.
Design and update benefit policies procedures and plan documents and communicate changes clearly to employees and leadership.
Evaluate proposals analyze cost trends and make data driven recommendations that align benefits with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations through accurate reporting filings and audits.
Mentor and manage the benefits team while overseeing reconciliations inquiries and issue resolution.
